Pulling inspirations from Eastern pattern-making techniques and Western shirting elements, the Liling features a silhouette that embraces body ergonomics. Design details include an asymmetrical pocket flap on the chest pockets for enhanced ease of access, a Western back yoke with shifted points aligning with the back darts, dropped shoulders, and a heightened stand collar.
 
The garment is made of olive washable wool denim suiting fabric from renowned British textile merchant, Holland & Sherry. A denim overshirt should be easy and machine-washable, though that does not necessitate a compromise on the attributes of refinement. This wool denim is soft from the start and will retain its shape over time.
 
As the ultimate layering piece, the Liling is perfect when worn tucked and untucked for complementing a broad range of relaxed yet chic ensembles. We highly recommend pairing the overshirt with the Arkhé Chino - Type 1, as shown here.
